1. Run the report for the list of not sent orders per store below:
2. The results must be sorted from oldest to latest. If not yet, just click the 'arrow up' filter on the Order Time. Please see sample below:
3. Open the oldest order. Copy the tracking number and check the delivery status on the corresponding tracking website.
4. Confirm if the delivery status is Delivered.
5. If the item is already delivered, you can now update the order status into Sent. Simply tick the checkbox on the right of the tracking number, input delivered as the reason, and click on Update item information.
6. Click Finish if there is an unsolved System Event
WARNING! Do not change order status into sent if the tracking number is non-traceable or shows item is not yet collected from our warehouse (pending pickup/collection).
