BestDeals - Canceled/No payment received (Assist How to Pay):


Good day! Thank you for your email.

As we checked, it shows that the order was canceled due to no payment being received after 2 days of placing the order, which is why it was not sent out. If you still wish to complete the payment, we can reinstate the order and you can kindly follow the steps below on paying it:

1. Log in to your account at http://www.bestdeals.co.nz/
2. Click "My Account"
3. Go to "Order History"
4. Click "View" on the "Pending" order
5. Choose either "Change Payment Method" then click the logo of the preferred payment option (Paypal, Credit card (via Braintree), Afterpay, Laybuy, ZipPay and Poli Internet Banking).

Once the payment is received, your order will be processed and you will receive an email notification in your registered email account confirming your order and the payment received. On the other hand, orders will automatically be canceled within 2 working days if no payment is received.

As we checked, it shows that the order is in a 'Pending' status, which means that a payment is not yet received. Please be advised that orders will automatically be canceled within 2 working days if no payment is received. However if you still wish to complete the payment, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account at http://www.bestdeals.co.nz/
2. Click "My Account"
3. Go to "Order History"
4. Click "View" on the "Pending" order
5. Choose either "Change Payment Method" then click the logo of the preferred payment option (Paypal, Credit card (via Braintree), Afterpay, Laybuy, ZipPay and Poli Internet Banking).

As we checked, it shows that the order is in a 'Processing' status, which means that a payment is already received and your order is already being processed, ready to be dispatched on the next business day. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification in your registered email account together with your tracking information.
