There are some cases that customer send us an email, they will directly send a message through eBay and you can find that message on eBay's end. This procedure will help you to reply the buyer directly.
1. Go to "eBay end" by clicking this link: http://k2b-bulk.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SalesRecordConsole&searchField=BuyerId&message=&guest=1¤tPage=SCSold&searchValues=jane&guest=1
1.1 Then in "period" choose or set "24 hrs" or "36 hrs" orders.
