If there is an issue with the address, you cannot update it if the Instock or Ebay Listing is Negative.
If you encounter this issue, please contact WAREHOUSE to confirm the Real Stock Level, and ask them to update the Real stock in the system.
Once the stock is updated, you should be able to update the address.
