Event Type: Not Sent

Detail: (Order ID): Not Send


Procedures:

  • Step 1. Check order status.
This picture below shows that the order is still “Processing” and there is already an updated tracking number.

  • Step 2. Check tracking information or delivery status.
Get the updated tracking number, go to the tracking website of a certain courier and check delivery status.

The picture below shows that the item is already delivered. Hence, we can update Order status on our Backend.

  • Step 3. Click on sent button, put your remarks on the reason box and click “Update information”.
After doing this, the status of the order will automatically be changed into “Sent”. You may now finish the system event by clicking “Finish”.

In some orders, you just need to finish the system event since the order is already sent. In the picture below, it shows that the order has already been sent. Hence, just click “Finish” to end this system event.
