1. For Crazysales:
- A. Create new ticket by choosing AU-Crazysales = Orders
- B. Create an email subject Order # xxxxxxxx
- C. Use this template: On Hold orders
- D. Send the email as Unassigned (Owner), Orders (Type) and Awaiting reply / Resolved (Status).
- E. Do not forget your ticket notes.
2. For eBay:
- A. Get the eBay User ID of customer.
- B. Find order records in eBay Backend
- C. Choose Contact buyer from the Actions drop down.
- D. Use this template: On Hold orders
