1. For Crazysales:

A. Create new ticket by choosing AU-Crazysales = Orders
B. Create an email subject Order # xxxxxxxx
C. Use this template: On Hold orders
D. Send the email as Unassigned (Owner), Orders (Type) and Awaiting reply / Resolved (Status).
E. Do not forget your ticket notes.


2. For eBay:

A. Get the eBay User ID of customer.
B. Find order records in eBay Backend
C. Choose Contact buyer from the Actions drop down.
D. Use this template: On Hold orders
