1. Go to Crazysales Backend

2. Mark check on On Hold and click Search Now! button.

3. Click arrow up in the Order Time.

4. Check all orders that are being on hold for 1-14 days or more. On hold orders should be cancelled and refunded after 14 calendar days of being on hold if customer is unresponsive.
