Please follow this procedures if the item comes from Crazysales Warehouse in Melbourne or Gopak Sydney.

1. Reply to the customer's inquiry with the Investigation Template taken from Lost (eBay Oz-auction/Crazysales).

NOTE: Before sending the email to the customer, please make sure that:
  • Department is set to AU - Loss Item;
  • Ticket Type is set to Courier/Delivery;
  • Status is set to New (DO NOT RESOLVE);
  • Ticket is assigned to Edmond Pili (ALL AU COURIERS)
